Gloria’s Restaurant Established in 1983.
Glorias Restaurant was started over 30 years by an ambitious business man with a dream to provide a better life for him and his family. As a seafood salesman he frequented this establishment to provide them with their seafood needs. In a nutshell, the owner was looking to sell the business and happened to mention that to the right person.
A couple of months later the Sanjuan Family put all they had into this dream. With Mr. Sanjuan running the kitchen and the Mrs. running the dining room, they created a warm and inviting atmosphere that is still felt to this day. You won’t find them running the kitchen or dining room anymore but you will find Mr. Sanjuan having his breakfast every morning and occassionally having a drink in the bar with the customers. You’ll find Mrs. Sanjuan and her 2 daughters running the business behind the scenes and Juan Jr., well he’ll pretty much greet you with a smile everytime and make you feel like part of the Gloria’s Family.

Juan Sanjuan III was raised in the restaurant business and is passionate about every detail at Gloria’s! It has been in his family for almost 34 years and the recipes are all rooted in his Mexican hometown of Mascota, Jalisco. He believes that food is not simply nourishment for the body, it’s nourishment for the soul. From the parrillada grills, to the sizzling molcajetes, to the seafood platters, their family philosophy of sharing with loved ones can be seen on every table!
